Shipping policy
We typically ship within 3 business days, however, holidays, weekends, or high volume of orders may affect shipping times. We take pride in our work and try to get orders out as quickly as possible, and in the order they were received. You will automatically receive tracking updates via email or SMS when your order has been shipped, is out for delivery, and has been delivered. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will be in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have access to any information beyond what is available from the tracking number, with the exception of general information in the event of lost or damaged mail, shipping delays, or tracking errors.
We ship USPS and UPS, as well as DHL for some international orders. We cannot guarantee shipping times stated by either of these services as we have no control over the delivery process. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping on orders as they can be in different stages of the fulfillment process and it is more likely to lead to errors in fulfillment.
